The Vason Group, through the Carbon Footprint certification of many oenological products, has already shown it commitment to the environment.
The belief that the research and development of certified organic products meets the need of an ever evolving market, has lead to the development of the Mastervin® Bio line.

The Organic Mastervin® Bio line includes:

• MASTERVIN ® BIO ARABAN® SPRAY DRY: Organic Arabic gum in powder form, obtained from Acacia verek, excellent stabilising of the colloidal system.
• MASTERVIN ® BIO: Pigskin animal gelatine suitable for difficult clarifications and flotation.
• MASTERVIN ® BIO V STARTER: Activating complex based on yeast derivatives suitable to the multiplication of yeasts and the constitution of the “pied de cuve”.
• MASTERVIN ® Bio Ist (Saccharomyces cerevisiae): Strain suitable for red or white wines, from specific varietal expression.
