MMPH: pH ADJUSTMENT OF WINES AND JUICES
MMPH is a full or semi automatic equipment for ion removal, resulting in an increase of titratable acidity (pH decrease) by physical
partial extraction of cations.
CHARACTERISTICS
- AUTOMATION: Process is entirely automated. The machine is controlled through a touch screen interface that allows setting all working parameters
(volumes, duration, regeneration threashold), start and stop.
The software in the PLC runs a continuous diagnostic of instrumentation and checks that all operations are running according to the designed process. - MULTIPLE COLUMNS: MMpH has been designed for fully automatic control of one single column. The software allows selecting the best program
for each column that would be attached amongst JUCLAS 200, 500 et 1000.
Therefore, different columns of resins can be used alternatively and automatically in order to maintain a complete separation between different wine typologies. Changing from one column to another remains a manual operation, simply and quickly conducted by the operator. - "BLEND" OPTION: Possibility of blending automatically treated and untreated product in order to obtain the target pH directly in outlet of the machine.
